I do not know know about special diets, but some of the triggers for migraines cheese and chocolate.

Even things like depression, anxiety, lack of sleep.

If you regularly have headaches, ask your doctor, and you may be able to have medicines to prevent migraines all together. Even if every day.

If you feel a migraine coming, try to sleep, or stay in a dark room. Always helps me:)

Try red, to avoid anything that he says to FD & C, and foods containing large amounts of additives.
