Homemade night splints? - homemade plantar fasciitis night splint
I have plantar fasciitis, night splints and want. I was recommended by my girlfriend's father had. They are about 30-40 dollars and I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. It is the equivalent of 60-80 U.S. dollars, if I have an abrasion on each foot every night. I saw the pictures and structurally, that seems simple enough. Is there a way you can "night splints" with materials from home? I've never heard of such a thing happened, one, if I can I buy em, but I just want to know, before money. Thank you.

If you know, like building things with materials at home, and you have a plan or can work, there is no reason not to build it yourself. If you hand is not $ 80 is not much money to spend on the results you get.
