Ceiling Fan Circulation Should Or Could I Keep My Rats Under A Ceiling Fan?

Should or could i keep my rats under a ceiling fan? - ceiling fan circulation

Hello I'm Jimmy, and has 4 albino rats (2 months). Here in India, almost 45 degrees Celsius / Celsius touched (° C) and extremely hot.
I wonder, could or should make my rat cage directly under the ceiling fan to cool it? thts the proposed creation of the airflow is bad for them! or do I just leave the cage d like a room without a fan?
NOTE: CA has no place for rats, Mom!
